By accessing or using the services of Inlight Publisher, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the services provided by Inlight Publisher.

Inlight Publisher provides a platform for authors to submit their scholarly works for publication in academic journals or through individual publishers. The Company also acts as a payment collection center, collecting payments from authors on behalf of journals or individual publishers.

To access certain features of Inlight Publisher, you may be required to create a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account.

Authors are responsible for making payments for journal publication through Inlight Publisher.
Payments made through Inlight Publisher are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.

By submitting content for publication through Inlight Publisher, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant Inlight Publisher the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted content for the purpose of publication.

The content and materials available on Inlight Publisher, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Inlight Publisher without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Inlight Publisher.

The Company's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use Inlight Publisher.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inlight Publisher, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services provided by Inlight Publisher or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Inlight Publisher after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
