• Upon receiving the refund request, Inlight Publisher will conduct a thorough investigation to verify the claim and assess the provided evidence.
• If the claim is deemed valid, Inlight Publisher will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

• Refunds will not be provided for delays in publication or any other publication-related queries.
• Inlight Publisher reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or lack sufficient supporting evidence.

• In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Inlight Publisher will conduct a fair and impartial resolution process.
• Both the author and Inlight Publisher will have the opportunity to present their arguments and submit evidence to support their respective positions.
• Inlight Publisher will make a final decision based on the evidence provided and will communicate the outcome to the author promptly.

• If a refund request involves fraudulent activity or violates the terms and conditions, Inlight Publisher reserves the right to take legal action against the responsible parties.

In the event of discrepancies during the order of the hardcopy, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 days upon verification.

Upon receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, the hardcopy will be dispatched and delivered within 7 to 10 days to the author's specified address.
