Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered for valid reasons such as technical errors, duplicate payments, or fraudulent transactions.
Refund Process:
- Authors must submit a refund request to Inlight Publisher, providing a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund along with any relevant supporting evidence.
- Upon receiving the refund request, Inlight Publisher will conduct a thorough investigation to verify the claim and assess the provided evidence.
- If the claim is deemed valid, Inlight Publisher will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be provided for delays in publication or any other publication-related queries.
- Inlight Publisher reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or lack sufficient supporting evidence.
Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Inlight Publisher will conduct a fair and impartial resolution process.
- Both the author and Inlight Publisher will have the opportunity to present their arguments and submit evidence to support their respective positions.
- Inlight Publisher will make a final decision based on the evidence provided and will communicate the outcome to the author promptly.
Legal Action:
- If a refund request involves fraudulent activity or violates the terms and conditions, Inlight Publisher reserves the right to take legal action against the responsible parties.
- Inlight Publisher will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide any necessary evidence to support legal proceedings.
Policy Revision:
- This refund policy may be updated periodically to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to authors through the Inlight Publisher website or other appropriate channels.
Refund for Hardcopy Orders:
In the event of discrepancies during the order of the hardcopy, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 days upon verification.
Delivery Timeline:
Upon receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, the hardcopy will be dispatched and delivered within 7 to 10 days to the author's specified address.
