This research paper investigates the relationship between job stress and employee productivity with special reference to Narsi Trading Company, Suratgarh. The study identifies key stressors such as workload, salary dissatisfaction, tense working conditions, and work-life imbalance. Using a structured questionnaire with a sample size of 50 employees, the study finds that more than 70% of employees perceive workload and inadequate salary as primary causes of stress. Findings reveal that job stress negatively impacts employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall productivity. The paper concludes with recommendations for organizational interventions and stress management strategies.
