This investigation study examines the methods and themes of discourse in the poem "Ayha Fatima" by the Iraqi cleric, Sayyid Muhammad Ali al-Hilu. This lengthy poem is a prominent example of his literary output. The study is structured into two main sections: the first explores "Methods of discourse," while the second analyzes "Themes of discourse”. The research concludes that the poet employed a distinct array of linguistic and artistic techniques within his discourse. Furthermore, it identifies a variety of personal, social, doctrinal, and historical themes embedded in the poetic text. Through these elements, the poet sought to articulate his profound relationship with Lady Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), highlighting her exalted religious status and her honorable history, which is rich with sacrifice.
