According to studies , it is the method that involves resolving disagreements outside of the traditional judicial system. It offers a flexible and cooperative method of settling issues, and it often involves the participation of a neutral third party to ease the communication and agreement process. MD, AR, NG, and CC are examples of common ADR methods. Thus, in our review we have discussed about its history, forms, functions, advantage and disadvantage to understand its importance when compared with traditional technique in a better way.
