This study aims to offer a conceptual framework, investigate exiting scholarly work, and propose upcoming trends in e-banking services. The authors employed citation analysis, thematic mapping and bibliographic coupling analysis to examine 196 research articles published between 2011 and July 2023 using R-studio and VOS Viewer software. The thematic mapping analysis and bibliographic coupling analysis were employed to discover possible research themes linked to ebanking services, e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction. The comparative analysis of niche themes, motor themes, emerging themes, and basic themes to identify possible themes in the e-banking service industry. This study is the first to utilise citation analysis, thematic mapping analysis, and bibliographic coupling analysis to examine publications pertaining to the banking service sector and e-loyalty. This research study enhances the existing body of knowledge by pinpointing potential e-banking service areas for future research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Chatbot technology.
