Abstract

Adolescents today are increasingly exposed to unhealthy dietary choices that pose significant risks to their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The rise in consumption of fast food, sugary snacks, and processed meals, combined with sedentary lifestyles, has led to a growing public health concern. This paper explores the causes, patterns, and consequences of unhealthy eating among teenagers, examining its far-reaching impact on lifestyle, academic performance, mental health, and long-term health outcomes. The study underscores the urgent need for preventive strategies, nutritional education, and holistic lifestyle interventions.
