The study involved the use of 12 laboratory white rats, which were divided into two groups, each containing 12 rats. The animals were injected with Gentamicin at a concentration of 40 mg/mL for a period of three weeks. At the end of the dosing period, all animals were sacrificed and dissected to investigate the drug's effect on the renal histological structure.
